All of us pulled a bait as well as switch on you — this story isn’t some kind of mondo video regarding Zac Efron getting shot in a gunfight, it is certainly just a blurb for his latest, um, film. That’s right, Zac Efron isn’t just regarding lookin’, kids — he’s for actin’ too, and according to Deadline he will be starring as a fight-prone along with death-obsessed young society man trying to find love in all the wrong places. Society man? We shall buy that for a greenback (ok, not really). Fight-prone? Not so much. Inside film, Efron’s character pursues any romance with the daughter involving his father’s enemy, that will allow the shaggy-haired heartthrob to flex their eyelash muscles. It’s hard to focus on the exact tone and establishing for ‘Gunfight’ since Deadline defined the film in Come early july as a high octane action software, but the word society offers period drama written around it. Vulture added this for the mix in July, tagging it a Tarantino-esque blend of ‘Gossip Girl,I ‘True Romance,’ and ‘Romeo as well as Juliet.’ Efron [will] play Ben, a good underachieving, deadbeat son of a famous Nyc high-society attorney who gets themself in over his go when he falls for your daughter of his father’s nemesis — a girl who is by now busy being stalked by an obsessive French professor. Hmm.
Strike the comments section and tell us which way you see this one heading. More importantly, will Efron be capable of geting his hands dirty sufficient to make a believable hothead?
