The most important question I ask clients is, "What are you looking for in a Realtor"?  Is it service?  Is it knowledge?  Is it someone with the latest technology?  One of the biggest complaints I hear about other realtors is that they do not communicate enough.  Do you agree or disagree?  Why?  What is the most important quality you value the most in an agent?
